Introducing Aunt Donna

Everyone should have an Aunt Donna in their lives.  Aunt Donna married my Uncle Calvin, and has been a positive influence in my life, and now in my kid’s lives.  She is a retired educator who is clearly a natural born teacher who brings a sense of fun to whatever project she is working on.  Even in retirement she would definitely say that she’s waaaay more comfortable at the kid’s table!  So when I decided to start this blog, I knew that I really wanted her to bring her trained educator skills to the table and contribute blog posts about the many educational goals that sewing can help kids and teens accomplish.  She has graciously agreed to share her knowledge with us, so check out her first post here!
